Fitness Training Class

Tuesday & Thursday –  12:10–12:50 PM

All levels are welcome for a full-body workout including strength training, cardio, core work, flexibility and interval training to increase metabolism and burn calories. A variety of equipment will be used throughout a 40-minute class that will challenge all major muscle groups. Variations and modifications available to increase the work or assist the body. Classes will be taught by a trainer certified in several fitness arenas and focused on helping clients safely achieve results.

Yoga mat and water are recommended.

Core Values

Core Values is a small-group strength training class for women consisting of a unique blend of strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness so that a total-body, strength workout is achieved with every class. 

Faith Moves

Wednesday and Friday – 9:00–10:00 AM

Faith vs. Weight

Tuesdays & Thursdays – 8:30 AM

This on-going exercise class is geared toward women and designed for weight-loss support and to develop muscular endurance. Light resistance combined with high reps are utilized to tone and strengthen; balance and flexibility are also addressed. Beginners and those returning to exercise are welcome to this studio setting where light weights, bands and balls are used. Please bring your own mat. The first class is free. This class can be taken as a stand-alone workout or combined with the seven-week Faith vs. Weight behavioral change course.

Livewire Fitness Powerhouse Boot Camp

Mornings: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 5:00–6:15 AM

This four-week, high-energy, high-intensity boot camp fitness class is result-driven to reshape your life. Our community provides encouragement, accountability and inspiration to help you meet your fitness goals. Our individualized program includes a one-on-one meeting with a trainer, nutrition plan, daily e-mails with recipes, motivation, weekend workouts and more!

The workouts include functional fitness, strength, HIIT, interval and circuit training, sprints, sports conditioning, plyometrics, cardiovascular conditioning and more. We keep things interesting and upbeat with all types of equipment so get ready to have fun as you get fit. Includes orientation, group grocery tour and nutritional guidance. All fitness levels are welcome; classes are held indoor/outdoor.
