PCA/PSO AGILITY CLASSES
2026 SPRING SESSION
These PCA/PSO agility classes are created around the PCA school schedule and are coached by Brian Corso, owner of Aloha Ball Club. Brian is a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Fitness and Volleyball and Coaches PCA Middle School volleyball. Brian has a master’s degree in Sports Science with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He has been a personal trainer to pro athletes, A-list movie stars, collegiate and recreational athletes, as well as young athletes of all various levels of experience during his 20+ years of coaching and training. He was also a former pro and collegiate volleyball player and a top high school basketball player.

Plyogility Class
Description: This fast-paced class builds power, quickness, and control through agility, footwork, plyometrics, and coordination drills. Athletes will jump, cut, react, and move with purpose improving speed balance and confidence!
Ages: Grades 4th–6th (coed)
Level: Intermediate and advanced level athletes
Dates: NO CLASS on PCA school closures
DAYS & TIME: Thursdays 3:15-4:15pm
DATES: SPRNG SESSION: Feb. 19-May 14
(Makeup dates are possible if spots are available and approved.)
Location: Prestonwood Sports & Fitness Center
Cost: $240
*If requested, student can be escorted from PCA Middle School*
