PSO AGILITY CLASSES
2023 FALL SESSION
These PSO agility classes are created around the PCA school schedule and are coached by Brian Corso, owner of Aloha Ball Club. Brian is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for Fitness and Volleyball. Brian has a Master’s Degree in Sports Science with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. He has been a personal trainer to professional athletes, A-list movie stars, collegiate and recreational athletes, as well as young athletes of all various levels of experience throughout his 20+ years of coaching and training. He was also a former pro beach volleyball player, collegiate indoor volleyball player and a decorated high school basketball player. Additionally, Brian has several years of ministry leadership experience.

Footwork/Agility Class - Class Postponed
Description: The purpose of this clinic is to enhance speed and footwork efficiency for general athletics. Dynamic warm-up, specific patterning, footwork ladder and low-to-moderate plyometrics to quicken trigger steps are incorporated. Bodyweight exercises along with bands will be the primary resistance. Athletes will receive a lot of feedback throughout the session. All work is done within a safe and controlled environment. The clinic is meant to benefit every level of athlete at any age.
Ages: Grades 5–8 (coed)
Level: All levels of experience
Dates: NO CLASS on PCA school closures and early release days (see below for Early Release Day Clinic)
Class A: Mondays: 3:10–4:00 p.m. & Wednesdays: 2:20–3:10 p.m.
Dates: Oct. 18–Dec. 6
Class B: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:10–4:00 p.m.
Dates: Oct. 17–Dec. 5
Makeups: Makeups are possible on other days if spots are available and approved.
Location: Prestonwood Sports & Fitness Center (2nd floor)
Cost: $175 for 12 clinics
Plyometrics for Sports Class -
Description: This class is perfect for athletes competing in all sports, particularly those that incorporate jumping. The purpose of this class is to focus on higher level athletic development. Athletes will use medicine balls, hurdles, jump boxes, footwork ladder, body weight, bands, and specific footwork patterning. Athletes will look to improve their balance, coordination, recovery movements, change of direction, movement sequencing, vertical jump height, sprint speed and trigger steps. Join us for this well-planned and creative athletic development class.
Ages: Grades 6–10 (coed)
Level: Intermediate and advanced level athletes
Dates: NO CLASS on PCA school closures and early release days (see below for Early Release Day Clinic)
Class A: Wednesdays: Oct. 18–Dec. 6, 3:20–4:10 p.m.
Class B: Tuesdays: Oct. 17–Dec. 5, 4:10–5:00 p.m.
(Makeup dates are possible if spots are available and approved.)

Cost: $110 for six clinics
Early Release Day Plyometrics/Footwork Clinic
Description: A blend of the footwork/agility and the plyometrics class, incorporating speed, agility, footwork sequencing, body weight, bands, footwork ladder, movement patterning and mobility. Athletes will be challenged by various techniques to stretch their motor patterning and coordination. This class trains the athlete to anticipate movement shifts and recovery as well. A great blend of coursework that will get athletes moving efficiently, with increased discipline and understanding.
Ages: Grades 5–10 (coed)
Level: All levels of experience
