FIELD CANCELLATIONS

Friday, 3/6: ALL FLAG FOOTBALL GAMES ARE CANCELLED DUE TO PROJECTED WEATHER.

Friday, 3/6: All soccer fields are closed. No PSO soccer practices allowed.

Saturday, 3/7: ALL SOCCER GAMES ARE CANCELLED DUE TO PROJECTED WEATHER.

Facility and game cancellations and/or delays will be posted here when possible. Check Field Status below for the most accurate and up-to-date information for your assigned field. Field status is only updated if there is a change from what is currently posted.

For soccer games, field status updates will be posted by 8:00 AM for Saturday games and 4:00 PM for weeknight games. We do play through intermittent and/or light showers with no lightning, but if fields are deemed unplayable by PSO staff, games may be delayed or cancelled. All delays and cancellations will be communicated to PSO coaches.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

Outdoor PSO games, practices, and camps will NOT be held if the real feel temperature is above 110° or below 32°. PSO staff will monitor the current heat index and wind chill to determine cancellations or delays.

If lightning is detected within 10 miles, play must be suspended until no lightning has been detected within 10 miles for at least 30 minutes. During suspended play, everyone must leave the field and seek shelter.

Parents are responsible for ensuring this policy is followed during practices and games. PSO will make weather-related decisions for games; however, parents may always keep their child from participating if they believe conditions are unsafe. (Refunds are not available for these situations.)

PETS

No pets are allowed on any sports field areas, playground, or sand volleyball court, with the exception of marked service animals.
