Head Coaches & Assistant Coaches
PSO exists to share the life-changing message of the gospel of Jesus Christ through the vehicle of youth football. We require our coaches to lead their team spiritually by praying with their team and leading them in weekly devotionals. Our desire is that youth football players from across the Metroplex would have an opportunity to know Christ personally, learn to play football the right way, and learn valuable life lessons that can be taught through youth sports. PSO leagues strive to make every child a champion. Therefore, PSO coaches are led to encourage, motivate, and build each child’s self-esteem as well as his or her athletic ability.

Coach is simply responsible for picking up uniforms from PSO front desk & distributing uniforms prior to game day. Players are required to purchase their own football cleats, mouthguard & Football.
Standards of Play
Our league is grade level-based and not based on player birthdate. A player is only eligible to participate in his/her grade level and/or higher. There are NO exceptions considered for any player to participate in a lower grade level. Any violation will result in the suspension of both player and coach, along with the disqualification of the team from postseason participation.
Participants will play in their corresponding age division following the school-age group chart below. Whatever your child's age is on September 1st per UIL - is what age group you play in. PSO feels it's important for your child to be able to play with their school friends. You can play up with director approval. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]

Spiritual Development
In keeping with our mission, PSO Football is committed to introducing Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to our players and mentoring them in the Christian life by the example set by our coaches and league officials. To that end, coaches will be supplied with value lessons through the FCA coach's app that will be shared weekly with their players before each practice. Additionally, prayer will be common at practices and games.
The Gospel will be presented to all players 3rd grade and older during one of their games, giving them the opportunity to respond to Christ's call on their lives.
