How do you determine the divisions? Prohibited

PSO divisions are based on the grade the player is in as of September 1, 2021 of the current calendar year. The player may not turn the next age on or before September 1, 2021  to be eligible to play PSO football.

What is the ball size?

  • PSO provides the team football for each team. K–Grade 2 use the same size football. Grades 3–6 use the same size football.
  • Please contact Jamie Wilder if you would like to purchase a personal Football N America football.

Does PSO provide football equipment?

PSO does provide equipment. We are partnered with Drew Brees and Football N America in order to provide game balls and uniforms and mouth pieces to PSO football players. Signing up during or after "late registration" may result in uniforms arrive later / after week 1.

Where can I find the league rules?

The rules are in the coaches' notebooks and available by clicking here.

Where do I find the schedule for my team?

The schedule will be available no sooner than 2 weeks before the season begins. Log in to this website then click on the team that your child has been assigned to. You will be taken to your team page. Click on the schedule tab for your schedule. The schedule tab will not appear on the team page until the schedule has been posted by the league.

Is there a draft in this league?

Due to the low number of extra players and the need to fill roster spots, we draft and place players on teams by ZIP code/school attendance.

Where will my team practice?

Fields are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parents should contact their team coach for practice times and location.

Where are the games played?

Games are played on the campus of Prestonwood Baptist Church (6801 W. Park Blvd., Plano, TX 75093).
