MODIFIED LEADOFF & STEALING RULE

-
Pitchers focus on mechanics and control.
-
Catchers develop accuracy on throws.
-
Runners can leadoff and take secondary leads.
-
Pickoffs are allowed; runners advance at their own risk on errant throws.
-
Runners canβt steal until the ball passes the plate or on a passed/wild pitch.
