New Ministry Opportunities....

Vintage Fitness (Coordinated by the Prestonwood Women's Ministry)
Weekly: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
This interactive and instructive class for senior adult women includes
lessons on fitness and nutrition, prayer, cardio exercises, strength and
stretching exercise and encouragement. The instructor is a
health-and-fitness consultant, nutrition counselor and certified
physical-fitness specialist. Beginners' Workout is at 9:00 a.m., Nutrition
Class at 10:00 a.m. (open to anyone) and Advanced Workout at 11:00 a.m. Cost
of each class is $5. To register, please call 972-820-5233.

Christian Outdoor Alliance:
Prestonwood Sports Organization introduces our new outdoors ministry called
the Christian Outdoor Alliance (COA). We are taking all the successes of our
Sportsman's Society and integrating with COA to provide an outdoors ministry
to appeal to all sportsmen alike. Click

PALs:
PALs is a mentoring program for boys ages 8-14 from single parent homes.
These boys are given the opportunity to go on four to five outdoor trips
each year. They are accompanied by trained mentors for the church and are
taught principles of manhood along with fishing, camping, and hunting.

Lunch Hour Basketball: Pickup games are played weekdays at the SFC,
11:30am - 1:30pm. Join us during your lunch hour for full-court
