Soccer -> Uniforms

We have changed uniform companies in an effort to provide our teams with
a better selection and to move towards an online ordering system.
This season coaches will order uniforms similar to what we have done in
the past. Below are links to the uniform packages and the order
form. Please fill out the order form neatly and fax or email this
form to us ASAP (the fax number and email address are on the order
form). We look forward to providing you with online ordering in
