| The Sports and Fitness Center (SFC) opened on April 1, 2000. Indoor
facilities include 3 basketball courts, a weight room, cardio room and an
aerobics room. The SFC is
open to anyone in the community, regardless of their church affiliation.
SFC memberships are available for purchase at the SFC Front Desk at a very
reasonable price. Guest passes are also available for a nominal fee.
Our weight room is equipped with the latest free weight and Cybex
equipment. Our cardio room has cross training machines, treadmills, elliptical
trainers and Stairmasters. Contact the
front desk for more information about our weight and cardio rooms.
Outdoor facilities currently include 2 sand volleyball courts, and
football, softball and soccer fields.
