Pictures will be taken in the SFC before your scheduled game.
If your team plays on January 15th, you can show up anytime between 1pm
and 4pm on the 16th.

*** Attendance at the Awards Ceremony is mandatory for
participation in the post season tournament.
Game days
Games will primarily be played on Saturday afternoons but could also
include Friday evenings and/or Sunday afternoon. Games will be played at
PSO or a gym in close proximity to the church.
Practice days
Practices will be held during the weeknights and will be set by the
coaches and league officials. We will provide 1 hour of practice each week through PSO and each team can
practice additional time if they can secure court time outside of PSO. No
additional time will be provided through PSO.
Evaluation Requirements
and Scheduled Days
If your child did not participate in our previous season and is new for
this season (s)he must attend one of the two evaluation periods,
which are provided below. This includes children on a pre-formed team as
well as those signing up individually. Failure to attend one of the
evaluations may prevent us from placing your child on a team.

Actual evaluations take 15 to 20 minutes. The length of your stay
will depend on the number of players to be evaluated and the number of
evaluators. To keep the numbers spread out, please come during
your scheduled time. If you have a conflict on BOTH Saturdays
during your scheduled time, then you can come on either of those days at
a time that fits your schedule. If you are interested in helping
