There is a correction to rule 1.05.  It should read as follows:

1.05 Eligibility
All persons are eligible to be players in the PSO Baseball Program, provided they have
attained the age of 4 years but have not attained the age of 13 prior to May 1 of the current
baseball season. All persons who participate in the PSO Baseball Program must have
completed a registration form and paid the appropriate fees. Player registration will be
conducted during the time period and in the manner specified by the Commissioner.
