Our weight and cardio rooms are open to PSO members that are 13 years of
age and older. Those that are age 13-15 must be with a legal
guardian or certified trainer. Click

Lean slightly
backwards.
Pull bar to the top of your chest.
Don't rock or swing your body to move the weight. |

Place bar at the bottom of your neck.
Take one step forward. (Feet should not be directly under bar.)
Feet should be shoulder width apart with toes pointing forward.
Don't squat past a 90 degree angle in the knee. |

Place your feet high on the platform.
When knees bend to a 90 degree angle, they should not extend
past your feet. |
