- Division Breakdown
PSO divisions are based on the grade the
player is in as of September 1, of the
current calendar year. The player may not turn the next age
on or before September 1 to be
eligible to play PSO Football.

- Equipment:
PSO Does not
provide any equipment. We have a partnership with NJS to
provide equipment to PSO football players at a cost below
MSRP.

- Rules:
The rules
are in the coaches' notebooks and available by clicking
HERE.
- Schedule:
The schedule
will be available no sooner than August 28th.

- Key Dates:

- Player Certification:
Players must submit a copy of their final
report card from last year as well as a copy of
their birth
certificate and be weighed by August 25th.
- Player Weight
Player weights are explained in the rules and on the Introduction page of this
website. All players must be weighed by PSO staff before the posted date.
However, players will be weighed only once. There will not be multiple
weigh ins for single players that are trying to make a certain weight as this
could promote unhealthy eating habits. The weight of the player listed on
the weigh in form will be the player's weight for the entire season.
- Draft
Due to the
low number of extra players and the need to fill roster
spots we have drafted for you and placed players on teams by
zip code/ school attendance.
- Practice
Fields are
available on a first come first serve basis. Softball Fields
are not available for practice this year
- Field Location
