REFUNDS
We understand that once a child starts an activity they sometimes find out it is not for them. However, in order to run a program there are some fixed costs an association has once a child signs up and there must be a policy for any refunds.
Once a football player or cheerleader registers they are signed up for the year. No full refunds are given once a player has registered. A partial refund will be given for players or cheerleaders who withdraw on or before practice ends on Thursday August 6th. One hundred dollars ($100) will be retained from the registration fee.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR FOOTBALL PLAYERS OR CHEERLEADERS WHO WITHDRAW FROM THE AFCA AFTER PRACTICE ENDS ON AUGUST 6th, 2015.
