Texas Boot Camp was designed
for men and women desiring
the tough workouts and great
physical results of a true
“boot camp,” without the
commitment of enlisting.
Meeting 3 days per week, our
one-hour session is just
what you need to get your
rear in gear! These power
hour sessions meet three
times a week and are sure to
give you more stamina,
strength, and cardiovascular
endurance. Men and women, 18
and up, come for all
different reasons, whether
it be to change up their
current physical training
program, shed a few unwanted
pounds, lower stress levels,
or even meet some new
friends…but everyone leaves
with results!! Enroll for

improve your body! Make sure
your doctor knows you’re

intense 4-week challenge!
Texas Boot Campers should
bring the following with
them to class: exercise
mat/yoga mat or towel, 5 lb
weights, at least 32 oz. of
cold water, heart rate
monitor/ watch, and a great
attitude. (Some boot campers
bring gloves for transition
and ground work.) At the
end of the day, finances,
time conflicts, or lack of
class options shouldn’t
hinder anyone from being
healthy. Texas Boot Camp is
designed to teach, push, and
encourage while allowing you
to have fun on the way to
being your absolute best!
Our instructors specialize
in weight loss and weight
maintenance. If you’re ready

military-influenced workouts
will get you into shape
