2007 Schedule Below Boot Camp Fitness is a Christian Athletic Ministry. It's purpose
is to combine the discipline of a military-style training program with the
spiritual discipline taught in the Bible. It promotes Christian fellowship
along with a physical fitness program to build the mind, body and soul!
It is for people who are serious about getting fit in
record time. We start off slowly and over the course of four weeks, we
progressively increase the challenge of the workouts. The Boot Camp
Fitness environment is positive and motivating for the mind, body and
soul. Motivation is a major key to your success. Our course
is continuously being developed to keep motivation levels high. No two
workouts will ever be the same! Not only is this a mark of a well-designed
program, but it also prevents the boredom that many people experience
after committing to a long term fitness regiment. Each person at Boot Camp
Fitness start and finished together. This bonds individuals into a group,
making it easier to stay dedicated to the program. Each
class will begin with a good stretch, followed by a workout that is a combination
of strength, ability, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility exercises.
Each class ends withy a fifteen minute thought provoking devotional.
Fitness assessments are performed at the beginning and end of the 4 week
program to gauge the trainee's strength and speed improvement. This
course is for everyone - couch potatoes to professional athletes - you
will benefit from this course. You do not need to be in shape to join.
Proven by years of developing America's finest solders, Boot Camp Fitness
is based upon the principles of Discipline, Motivation and Team
Work! All
classes will meet in the Prestonwood Baptist Sports and Fitness Center and
activities will take place around the Prestonwood Baptist Church campus.
