Master Sergeant (retired) Jay Johnson served as a US Army Infantry
Soldier for 21 years. He is a Certified Condition Specialist with the National
Strength Professional Association. He is also a Cooper Institute Personal Trainer;/Health
Program Director. In addition to these certifications, he is also a certified
US Army: Master fitness Trainer, Rappel Master, Pathfinder, Combat Life
Saver, Airborne Infantry Drill Sergeant and a graduate of the US Army
Ranger School.
All Drill Instructors are Christians and Certified Personal
Trainers. They are dedicated to encourage each person to do their best. At
no time will any Drill Instructor embarrass or harass any trainee. This is
a fun filled class focused on fellowship and fitness.
