Wellness classes are lead by certified personal trainers
that will
demonstrate the proper form and technique for each exercise,
provide nutritional tips and conclude each class with a “2 minute drill” of
uplifting, encouraging words. All fitness levels are welcome
and the instructor’s are always prepared to provide an
alternate exercise if someone is unable to perform the
primary one given.
We often hear, "I can't do a boot camp. It's too hard!
I'll workout on my own, get in better shape and then sign
up." That's so backwards...We're here to help you!
It's our job (which we love by the way!) to take you from
where you are and partner with you to reach your OWN
PERSONAL GOALS! Not to mention, Complete Wellness is
much more than "just a workout"! It's the
accountability and encouragement you will receive that will
push you past your perceived limits. You can't do it
on your own! And quite frankly, why would you want to?
Elite athletes have trainers pushing and motivating them to
reach the next level! And so should you!
