to the start of a brand new you! In life it’s easy to get
into a rut. Exercise should be far from boring. Whether you
need a serious jump start, need to get out of the boring gym
scene or you just need an exciting new challenge Complete
Wellness Boot Camp is for you!
Complete
Wellness classes are lead by certified personal trainers
that will
demonstrate the proper form and technique for each exercise,
provide nutritional tips to help take the guess work out of
dieting and conclude each class with a “2 minute drill” of
uplifting, encouraging words. All fitness levels are welcome
and the instructor’s are always prepared to provide an
alternate exercise if someone is unable to perform the
primary one given. Classes are intense and you can expect
to burn between 500-1,000 calories. Now, lace up your shoes

Complete Wellness is made up of 3 parts:
1) Spiritual…without a Christ centered faith, the challenges
we all face on a daily basis would seem overwhelming.
2) Nutritional…it doesn’t matter how hard you exercise, if
you are not giving your body the nutrients it needs to
recover you will never reach your full potential!
3) Physical…a well designed and implemented exercise program
is critical to ensure you perform at your maximum ability
while avoiding injury, over training and other setbacks.
